Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this full time, permanent position is located on the West Coast of the US Area(must live in the area). The Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new clients while actively engaging potential clients with the intention of building solid business relationships. You must be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and passionate team player who loves to work with people. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

-Identify potential prospects, and the decision makers within the client organization. 
-Cold call as appropriate within the market/ geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. 
-Work with the management team to develop clear and effective proposals/quotations that speak to the client’s and prospective client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. 
-Plan and execute a sales strategy in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager. 
-Provide client support throughout the entire sales cycle. 
-Handle issues and questions by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. 
-Produce and manage reports on sales activity, inventory requirements, and forecasting per customer requirements and agreements. 
-Provide input for product and service development based on client feedback. 
-Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
