Skills:

1. Must meet all the general qualifications required of all CRT employees. 
2. Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. 
3. Must complete classroom and on the job training as outlined in the CRT operating procedures manual. 
4. Must be able to pass the written and practical examinations required for certification. 
5. Minimum of 6 months of OJT and experience under close supervision of a qualified NDT operator. 
6. Demonstrated skills, ability and careful attention to precise details of all testing procedures and record keeping. 
7. Willingness and ability to learn and progress to higher levels of certification and responsibility
