This assignment starts immediately! 

Responsible for performing manual UT prove up inspections on large diameter steel pipe welds in accordance with API codes and standards. Pipe sections size is 80’ long, 24' to 60' in diameter, and 3/8 to 1/2 inch in thickness. Will also perform MT as needed. 

Contract duration is 4 to 6 weeks plus. 

Per Diem is $150.00 per day. Company will provide airfare and rental car. 

Qualified candidates must have strong knowledge of shearwave and/or automated UT inspection of pipe weldments and be able to immediately pass Level II UT and MT certification test. Willingness to work different shifts and overtime as necessary. 

Must provide the following documentation: 
Prior Level II UT and MT certifications 
Level I Classroom training certificates 
Level II Classroom training certificates 

Must have a valid drivers' license and pass a drug test
