Well documented Level II in strong in RT and interpretation. also PT & MT with a familiarity of the handling of (delicate) aerospace / military parts. Nadcap experience a plus. Successful candidate will help in processing, but spend a majority of their time with managing workflow through the department, monitoring system efficiency checks and developing better methods of processing while working with our level 3 
Knowledge or understanding of quality systems would be another area of growth.
